My mum lives in Portgordon, and decided to get married, so the cottage was ideal for us to stay, we were allowed to do all the catering in the cottage, and found everything we needed in the fully equipped kitchen. The children love the beach and were there a lot of the time, as it is so near. I loved the fire and the cosiness of the cottage. Portgordon is a quiet and peaceful  place, away from noisy towns and cities. I will be booking again when myself and my children want to get away and visit my mum and her new husband.

If you want to get away from it all in a quiet village setting  give this cottage a try.  Its nice and close to Elgin, Buckie etc, but also peaceful enough if you just want to relax.
