Sika consists of a studio-style layout with a double bed, kitchen with a gas hob and fridge, dining area, and sitting area with a woodburning stove, along with a separate shower room unit with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. For entertainment, there is a selection of games. Outside, there is a non-enclosed front garden with furniture and off-road parking for 2 cars.
Within 1.8 miles, you will find a shop and a pub. Fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
Enjoy a countryside retreat at Sika. Note: Steps leading up to the property, please take care. Note: Guests have access to the tennis courts on the estate grounds.

Hut with double bed , kitchenette, table and storage. Adjacent private bathroom hut with gas-powered shower and composting/camping WC. Solar-powered lights (to be used sparingly please).
Parking for 1 car. Use of tennis court (by arrangement only - please bring your own racquets balls/suitable rubber-soled trainers). Extra large cool box with ice packs.
Towels and bedding /goose down duvets. Gas camping stove and cooking utensils. Basin and standpipe with running water (not for drinking unless boiled).
Woodburner (logs and kindling and matches provided). Hammock. Roberts radio.
Garden furniture. Fire bowl and barbecue tools. Direct access to footpaths, woodland and heathland on the 1,000 acre estate.
Books and local maps provided. Torch and board games provided. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
